OverviewAs one of the nation’s premier private athletic clubs and a Seattle institution, The Washington Athletic Club (WAC) is not simply a place to work, but a place to belong. - Process bi-weekly payroll for all team members
- Assist with company 401(K) administration, including gathering documentation for yearly audits
- Handle the creation and submission of various union documents, including but not limited to union rosters, dues, health & welfare paperwork
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation for personnel files, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classification, and leaves of absence
- Assist WAC team members with their employment concerns
- Assist WAC managers and supervisors with configuring our HRIS to suit their needs
- Submit non-union benefit bills for payment
- Other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PHR certification preferred
- Experience with Paylocity preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- People First approach to Human Resources
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office. Paylocity experience preferred.
- Analytics and data reporting experience desired.
