Overview

Position Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all team members
  • Assist with company 401(K) administration, including gathering documentation for yearly audits
  • Handle the creation and submission of various union documents, including but not limited to union rosters, dues, health & welfare paperwork
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation for personnel files, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classification, and leaves of absence
  • Assist WAC team members with their employment concerns
  • Assist WAC managers and supervisors with configuring our HRIS to suit their needs
  • Submit non-union benefit bills for payment
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • PHR certification preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Skills & Abilities
  • People First approach to Human Resources
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office. Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Analytics and data reporting experience desired.

Salary: 78,/Yr
