Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to support a high-visibility event content organization.

• This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing content development work streams across large-scale events while partnering closely with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery.

• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Experience supporting event programs, content delivery, conference planning, or large-scale marketing initiatives is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned project and program work streams.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

• Monitor project status, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and business objectives are achieved.

• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting systems using project management tools.

• Support event content planning, delivery, and operational readiness activities.

• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Drive operational excellence while balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Proficiency with event management, project management, conference operations, and content program management
• Similar project tracking and collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting conferences, events, experiential marketing programs, or large-scale customer-facing initiatives.

• Experience managing breakout sessions, event content programs, or speaker-related work streams.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and operational planning skills.
