Branch Manager (or Assistant Branch Manager ready to step up)

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive performance.

• Oversee daily branch operations and staff
• Drive sales, customer service, and compliance
• Coach and develop team members

• Previous banking leadership experience (Branch or Assistant Branch Manager)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
