The model is effective, but effectiveness depends on selecting the right families.
- Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through integration.
- Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering recommendations or advancing to subsequent steps.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of progress and action items.
- Delivering campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-focused discussions that articulate results, responsibilities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring CRM and enrollment system accuracy (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, pipeline management, and service excellence.
- Deploying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Admitting families who do not align with the model in order to meet quotas.
- Supervising large teams or working through complex approval hierarchies.
- Transferring responsibility for the family journey across multiple departments.
- Operating remotely; this position is intentionally campus-based.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver a high-caliber, selectively focused enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while preserving the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive services, exclusive membership, or independent service businesses).
- Proven responsibility for managing a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial engagement through final onboarding.
- Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts across multiple stages, supported by a reliable system for organization and follow‑up.
- Capacity to present specific examples of advisory decision‑making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when it was not appropriate.
- Track record of professional written correspondence with senior leaders, high‑net‑worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Readiness to relocate to or currently reside within 60 days in one of these locations:
Seattle, WA, or Park City, UT. - U.S. work authorization without need for visa sponsorship.
- Prior work in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
- Background in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative support.
- Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service quality protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM tools to enhance enrollment quality, not simply throughput.

Relocation assistance is provided. Compensation: $100 USD/hour ($200,000 USD/year, 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year). This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position available immediately.
