The OpportunityAs a Property Manager at Anchor, you are responsible for all operational aspects of the buildings you manage, and in conjunction with the assigned Asset Manager, facilitating occupancy of the buildings. Our Property Managers are empowered, trusted, and given the tools to fully run the day-to-day operations for their portfolio, including building relationships with tenants, triaging work orders, coordinating preventative maintenance, and other tenant or property improvements.
Our Property Managers strive to perform a task as completely as possible, with the goal of fully taking the complete task off the “plate” of the delegating management team member – expecting, at most, management’s review and approval. Our “ownership mentality” mindset is built upon the assumption that our Property Managers may have the opportunity to present, explain, and defend the work product to our client – and that the client’s response to the timeliness, quality, thoroughness, format, and conclusions of the employee’s work product will form his or her impressions of Anchor Health Properties.
