Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Director of Enrollment, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

Most admissions positions prioritize throughput. This role prioritizes alignment. Alpha is constructing one of the world's most rigorous school frameworks. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students reliably advance at rates exceeding national averages, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons shift focus to depth, autonomy, and the cultivation of applied competencies. The model delivers.

But its success depends entirely on enrolling families who truly fit.

You will manage the complete admissions experience for a single campus, spanning first inquiry to final enrollment. This is not a role where ownership is divided. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Seattle and Park City. Assistance with relocation is provided.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Directing the complete enrollment pathway for prospective families, spanning initial engagement through final onboarding.
  • Facilitating exploratory conversations to assess compatibility before introducing solutions or advising on subsequent actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements at varying enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking of status and scheduled follow-up.
  • Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-stage dialogues that transparently convey results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment data integrity (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Applying transactional or aggressive enrollment techniques.
  • Admitting families with poor alignment merely to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or operating within complex hierarchical structures.
  • Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple departments.
  • Operating remotely. This position requires on-campus presence by design.
