The Divisional Vice President for Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales operations of our organization. This individual will be a seasoned leader with a track record of success in leading larger organizations, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, and possessing a strong vision for the future.

  • This role requires candidates to live within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our BDA office locations:
    Woodinville, WA;
    Atlanta, GA;
    Austin, TX;
    Dallas, TX;
    Troy, MI;
    New York (Midtown Manhattan), NY or Indianapolis, IN.
  • The position follows a schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week, and relocation or proximity to one of these offices is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue/gross margin targets.
  • Enhance Customer Partnership Health Scores to deliver and exceed Customer experience goals.
  • Support Budgeting, P&L, and DC goals through intimate knowledge of account activities and business functions.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to drive performance excellence and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Articulate and communicate the company’s vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision‑making and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications
