Role Description

We’re seeking a hands‑on, highly organized, technical leader to oversee a portfolio of office and retail assets in the Seattle market. This role requires strong operational expertise, financial management skills, and proven leadership in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Prepare annual budgets, CAM reconciliations & variance reports
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and expense management
Property Operations & Maintenance
  • Oversee building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing
  • Ensure operational excellence across all assets
Tenant Relations & Lease Administration
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive service
  • Administer leases, tenant improvements & compliance
  • Support tenant onboarding, renewals, and move‑outs
  • Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
  • Ensure service compliance, safety standards & cost control
Energy Management & Sustainability
  • Implement energy efficiency initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with local sustainability regulations
  • Oversee building safety, parking operations & emergency preparedness
  • Ensure optimal building performance and tenant comfort
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management (office + retail)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and building engineering systems
  • Proven team leadership and management experience
  • Experience with MRI or similar property management software
  • Strong accounting and Excel proficiency
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organization & problem‑solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
