About the RoleAs a Floating Community Manager, you'll assist with oversight of multiple properties within your region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This dynamic role is for a self‑motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Recruit, coach, and motivate high‑performing property teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting.
- Identify cost‑saving and revenue‑generating opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections and investor tours.
- Maintain occupancy and rental rate goals.
- Execute marketing programs and maintain accurate online content.
- Implement resident retention strategies and resolve concerns professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Industry certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- 3+ years of hands‑on property management experience.
- Multifamily property experience required.
- Successful track record as a supervisor preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements (budget, P&L, General Ledger).
- Experience writing and maintaining budgets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
- Track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating income in multifamily property management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

$85,095.00 - $95,160.00 (exempt position, range reflects annual salary.)
