About the Role

As a Floating Community Manager, you'll assist with oversight of multiple properties within your region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This dynamic role is for a self‑motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate high‑performing property teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting.
  • Identify cost‑saving and revenue‑generating opportunities.
  • Conduct property inspections and investor tours.
  • Maintain occupancy and rental rate goals.
  • Execute marketing programs and maintain accurate online content.
  • Implement resident retention strategies and resolve concerns professionally.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Industry certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on property management experience.
  • Multifamily property experience required.
  • Successful track record as a supervisor preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (budget, P&L, General Ledger).
  • Experience writing and maintaining budgets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
  • Track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating income in multifamily property management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Estimated Rate of Pay

$85,095.00 - $95,160.00 (exempt position, range reflects annual salary.)
