Responsibilities
- Define and lead the merchandising product strategy to match high‑value user segments with relevant and high‑performing supply.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Creator, Operations, and Feed Algorithm teams to curate and amplify priority SKUs in the Tik Tok Shop feed.
- Drive product initiatives that help onboard new supply aligned with seasonal trends, user preferences, and lifecycle targeting.
- Build tooling and product experiences that allow internal teams to scale curated selection while maintaining user relevance.
- Ensure a feedback loop between user engagement signals and merchandising strategy to continuously refine product positioning.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in merchandising, content commerce, or feed/product recommendation spaces.
- Strong understanding of content‑driven shopping behavior and the interplay between supply, recommendation, and user intent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives involving Supply, Algo/Feed, and Operations teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize and optimize SKU selection and feed visibility.
- Bonus:

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
