Amazon Web Services is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join the ADC Design Engineering organization, serving as the central point of accountability for tracking, reporting, and communicating the status of all work efforts across the team. This role provides leadership and stakeholders with clear visibility into project health, team performance, and resource allocation — enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive risk management.

As a Portfolio Manager in the ADC Design Engineering organization, you will operate as a cross-functional role spanning all project phases and non-project work streams. You will partner with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and leadership to maintain portfolio-level situational awareness and interface with adjacent teams (Construction, Commissioning, Program Management) for cross-phase coordination. You will be relied upon as the single source of truth for portfolio-level questions and will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving engineering organization.

Key job responsibilities include project life cycle oversight, non-project portfolio management, reporting and communication, and dashboards and metrics development.
