Description

The Program Manager is responsible for supporting operational teams, identifying opportunities and implementing processes to improve the member experience across the care continuum. The position will facilitate and advance innovations in growing our membership that include both local and system-wide. Promotes a transparent culture that seeks member feedback at all points of care. Engages caregivers and providers at all levels to influence change that achieves the Pac Med goal of "simply the right care."

The Program Manager will ensure compliance and service targets are met, and any major issues and service failures impeding are identified, resolved and/or escalated.

• 5 years Health care operations experience.
• 5 years Customer service management experience.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years Experience in consumer marketing (customer services, healthcare, direct-to-consumer) where customer lifetime value and net promoter methodologies are utilized.
• 2 years Experience in the healthcare industry.
