Operations Manager. We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player for a full‑time Operations Manager position located in the Seattle, WA area. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels at individual contributions.

- Monitor and balance labor utilization with production to optimize overall efficiencies
- Inventory and fleet management within the service center
- Forecast staffing needs and direct all hiring activities with the recruiting lead
- Manage payroll for Service Professionals, Lead Service Professionals, and Operations Supervisors
- Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group
- Achieve high operational efficiency and effective labor management
- Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement department to ensure safe and efficient delivery of quality services
- Execute improvement plans and report progress
- Ensure a cohesive, service‑oriented multidisciplinary team through staffing and retention of qualified individuals
- Meet KPI standards
- Collaborate with the talent team for hiring needs
- Create a positive learning and growth atmosphere for Service Professionals
- Set and manage goals with Operations Supervisors, Lead Service Professionals, and Service Professionals using performance dashboards
- Review Service Professional performance metrics with the Operations Regional Manager
- Instruct Service Professionals in proper communication, sales training, and understanding of sales organization and processes
- Collaborate with Operations Trainers and local leadership to implement training
- Deliver excellent customer service to potential and existing customers
- At least 3+ years of experience in management and/or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
- High school diploma or related education preferred
- General understanding of Profit and Loss
- Valid US driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years)
- Drug test and background check required for all new hires
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
