Join KPMG Advisory Practice as a Manager, Working Capital in the Performance Transformation group within Deal Advisory and Strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead working capital engagements including order to cash, procure to pay, supply chain or inventory optimization, and corporate performance improvement projects from start to finish—setting scopes, budgets, staffing, managing data requests, leading client workshops, coordinating deliverables, and presenting results.
  • Act as the project manager to ensure successful problem formulation, hypotheses generation, comprehensive analysis, testing, and problem resolution.
  • Provide oversight of highly skilled KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle and serve as the primary interface with executives at various levels.
  • Lead the team to create value‑add insights that align with clients’ strategic and financial goals, identifying operational risks, efficiencies, and opportunities through structured data analysis.
  • Help lead proposal development and new business development activities by leveraging relationships with C‑level executives across corporate and private equity clients.
  • Support professional development of team staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a client‑facing discipline at a Big 4 firm, major strategy firm, or boutique firm focused on working capital, order to cash, procure to pay, or supply chain/inventory cash flow.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferably in business administration, engineering, or a related field); master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in at least one consulting area in working capital—transaction and business due diligence, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and redesign business processes and functional organizations with a focus on implementation, including deep financial analysis, business strategy, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficient in developing strategic insights from working capital performance analyses, with an understanding of operations and post‑deal value creation.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without US work‑visa sponsorship.
