Job SummaryAs a Senior Project Manager, you will manage large multi‑million‑dollar projects from conception to completion, coordinating cross‑functional teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality results.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage schedules to ensure on‑time delivery and monitor budgets to maintain financial health.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including client communication, resource allocation, procurement, commissioning, risk management, and scheduling.
- Provide accurate financial reports to meet profit targets.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Create clear, up‑to‑date documentation accessible to all stakeholders.
- Control costs and maximize productivity through best practices and standard processes.
- Manage all written and verbal project communications.
- Maintain client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Build a pool of subcontractors and manage their selection for projects.
- Proactively assess risks to ensure a safe work environment.
- 5+ years in project management, security integration, or a related technical role within a system integration environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines independently.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Effective communication in English.
- Manual dexterity for light office tasks; occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
- Standing, walking, and occasional work at heights up to 6 ft.
- Travel to customer sites and limited overnight travel may be required.
- Work in a clean, well‑ventilated office and construction environments.
- Required to be on site with customers or contractors.
- Driving to customer sites; occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 (DOE)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, overtime and on‑call as needed.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel.
