Position: Program Manager III, Hardware Fulfillment, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in the technology industry (e.g., servers, storage and networking equipment) and rack system integration.
  • Experience in supply chain logistics, compliance, and fulfillment processes.
Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and with external partners.

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and legal compliance of work orders, ensuring terms are aligned. Review operating procedures, functional and deployment plans and technology readiness.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to create comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure repair and warranty processes meet quality standards and remain on schedule.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement secure supply chain and logistics protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of fulfillment requests, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate the delivery of equipment to customer sites, managing logistics, timing, and turn‑up procedures.
  • Assess site readiness, accept hardware shipments, and orchestrate the deployment of hardware and software components to ensure a smooth customer experience.
