Senior Program Manager

Position within STAHL Companies, Project Management for Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government. This role coordinates daily and long‑term execution of processes, procedures and reporting as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), manages budget resources across projects, resolves personnel issues, and ensures deliverables are aligned across interdependent projects.

• Coordinate daily and long‑term execution of processes, procedures and reporting defined within the scope of the SOW.
• Manage budget resources across various projects.
• Provide resolutions to conflict or discipline‑related issues with personnel supporting the Program Office.
• Coordinate projects with interdependencies between various disciplines.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned across projects within the contract.
• Ensure positions are filled with properly trained and fully qualified personnel to fulfill task descriptions within the SOW.

• Preferred degree:
  Bachelor’s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum years of experience:
  Senior.
• Preferred years of experience: 15+ years relevant experience in program management.
• Required specialized experience:
  Managed support for a DoD or Navy Acquisition Program, DoD/Navy ACAT I Program, recent contracts experience, DoD 5000.02 knowledge, shipbuilding knowledge.
• Security clearance:
  Secret Clearance.
