The OB/GYN Residency Program Manager serves as the administrative leader and Program Director Operational Dyad for the 24 person ACGME accredited residency program, partnering with the Program Director and GME leadership to ensure accreditation compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality training environment.
Responsibilities- Program Leadership & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements
- Translate program goals into policies, procedures, and workflows
- Oversee credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the residency recruitment and selection process
- Coordinate interviews, ranking, and candidate communications
- Lead onboarding and orientation for incoming residents
- Operations & Financial Management
- Manage program budgets and identify operational efficiencies
- Maintain accurate resident records and accreditation documentation
- Oversee program logistics, scheduling, and administrative systems
- Faculty & Resident Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between residents, faculty, and departments
- Support communication, evaluations, and program operations
- Coordinate HR-related processes for program staff and learners
- Program Development & Projects
- Lead program planning, improvement initiatives, and special projects
- Develop and maintain policies, educational materials, and reporting systems
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Health Administration, or related area – or equivalent education and experience
- 3 years of graduate medical education experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Experience can be in an academic or hospital-based residency program
- 2 years of experience with residency management software, considers oneself to be a superuser
- Master's Degree
- Coursework/Training: C-TAGME certification
- Experienced in SharePoint, Yammer, computer literate

Pay RangeThe wage range for this position is $47.05 - $73.04 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may apply.
