Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington in Seattle seeks a Donations Field Supervisor to oversee donation station attendants at one or more sites, ensuring adequate staff levels and providing training and supervision for ADC personnel.
You will coordinate with Transportation and Donations to ensure the smooth flow of donated goods, maintain employee morale, and conduct periodic performance evaluations. Travel to multiple locations is required.
