Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, Membership growth, retention, and overall business performance within assigned market.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans that increase Chapter performance.
- Lead a team of Director Consultants and Ambassadors.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress toward area goals and strategic initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Directors and Ambassadors.
- Ensure Chapters have strategic growth plans that support Member success.
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business growth, sales performance, or operational results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer retention, and performance management principles.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and business decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach to leadership.
