Senior Manager, Multi-Item Trips: P&L & GTM Leader

• Own the P&L:
Manages part of the P&L for the Package and Multi-item trips business units

• Drive Business Performance:
Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, marketing, product to Package and Attach performance

• Support the Expedia Leadership Team:
Delivers comprehensive views on overall business performance, initiatives and other priorities

• Lead

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Develops and implements action plans based on deep-dive analysis of input metrics

• Deliver Results:
Identifies areas that need attention and directs team to address issues

• Employ Strategic Thinking and Analysis:
Utilize analytical tools (including Tableau) to generate actionable insights

Requirements

• MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent experience desired
• 8+ years of experience within consulting, banking, B2C technology, P&L management, or category management
• Program management, with proven experience with go-to-market, and with focus on execution
• Communication skills to succinctly synthesize complex problems
• Ability to lead, be flexible, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Business and leadership experience in market-leading organizations, ideally within e-commerce
