Job Description Allied Universal® Technology Services is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager Step is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee high-impact, enterprise-level or construction projects delivering advanced electronic security solutions. As a Senior Project Manager, you will set the vision, drive execution, and ensure flawless delivery across complex, multi-site initiatives. ** RESPONSIBILITIES:  Lead strategic planning and execution of large-scale projects, optimizing resources, schedules, and budgets Own full P&L accountability, driving financial performance through ERP-based invoicing and collection strategies Direct and mentor project managers, installation teams, and subcontractors to deliver complex, high-quality systems Maintain executive-level communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align with business objectives Manage change orders and adapt installation and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and client satisfaction Oversee engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities for complex projects, ensuring seamless coordination Resolve critical issues using financial, contractual, and operational expertise to maintain alignment with leadership goals Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to safeguard project success Ensure cross-trade coordination and adherence to construction schedules, conduct site walks and attend client-facing meetings Govern project documentation, ensuring accurate job status, scope changes, and material flow QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):  High school diploma or equivalent  Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) Minimum of five (5) years of project management, engineering, construction, electronic security or field service experience Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience Experience managing a portfolio of projects of at least $4M WA 06 and Journeyman license

Excellent working knowledge of project management software (e.g., PM Workbench, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) and ERP systems Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) Highly effective leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery time frames Success managing multiple projects, ability to work independently and meet deadlines  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Associate’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field Experience in the electronic security industry Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms is a plus (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.). PMP, CSPM, CAPM or equivalent project management certification BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $130, annually + 20% bonus potential (4% qtr, 4% annually) + company vehicle + gas card Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law. #LI-26
