Innovative Home Renovations (IHR) is seeking a hands-on Home Services Program Manager to lead our NE Seattle division. You will design, implement, and refine systems while performing handyman maintenance and building strong client relationships with homeowners.
Initially field-based, you’ll coordinate scheduling, invoicing, memberships, and service delivery, with growth toward a scalable operations leadership role overseeing a small field team and ongoing program expansion.
