We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a large, diverse team on a long‑term, high‑impact transportation project, offering unmatched stability and the opportunity to shape one of Washington’s most critical transportation hubs.
What You'll Do? Responsibilities:- Lead all phases of large‑scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Manage contract scope, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive project schedule, manpower planning, and resource allocation
- Build and lead high‑performing project teams across operations, field, and support departments
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company policies
- Lead project closeout, including documentation, reporting, and lessons learned
- Collaborate with field leadership, estimators, and purchasing on project execution
- Conduct project meetings (internal and external) to track progress and resolve issues
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure alignment with scope
- Monitor productivity, schedule milestones, and financial health of projects
- Coordinate with airport/transportation authorities and adhere to site‑specific requirements
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes
- Prepare and present project reports to leadership and clients
