Senior Living General Manager/Executive Director

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and manage our senior living community, ensuring exceptional care and operations for our residents.

• Ensure financial performance of the community by creating, managing, and abiding by the approved budget.
• Maintain accounting compliance by overseeing community financial records, including rent receipts, petty cash disbursements, miscellaneous income and expenditures, and payroll.
• Maintain HR compliance by overseeing personnel records of all employees, including proper documentation for new hires, ongoing training, performance evaluations, timely merit increases, and performance management.
• Provide the Seattle office with all necessary reports on time and in the proper format.
• Implement and enforce all policies and procedures of the Operations Manual, Food Services Manual, Team Member Handbook, and State Licensing Regulations.
• Provide active leadership in creating and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction in facilities, food service, activities, housekeeping, staff interactions, and resident care, with a goal of maintaining a minimum occupancy rate of 94%.
• Monitor the marketing process to ensure minimum standards are met on a weekly basis.
• Monitor marketing software in conjunction with the Community Relations Director and Director of Sales to ensure marketing activities result in budgeted occupancy goals.
• Monitor and report competitor activities to management.
• Maintain accountability for the overall functionality of the community.
• Interact regularly with residents and attend resident functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and related applications.
• 21 years of age with a college degree (preferred).
• Must have 3-5 years of management experience.

The pay range for this position will vary based on qualifications, experience, education/licensure, and other objective factors. Hiring at the maximum is not typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. Bonus target for this position: 20%.
