- Work with Operations Superintendent and Engineering on well work operations
- Supervise and assist Workover Superintendent on all field engineering operations
- Responsible for reviewing and approving invoices
- Recommend and implement any cost control opportunities
- Work closely with the Field Operations Team on projects and day to day operational matters
- Communicate with all stakeholders openly and honestly
- Manage wellsite contractors
- Work with regulatory department
- Develop synergies and shared responsibilities
- Supervise contract crews as required
Report any and all spills/drips or safety hazards or concerns - Learn and train others associated with job duties
- Location preparation and coordination for well work operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of wellsite operations
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Education:
High School diploma or GED required, with a preference for Associates Degree, trade school, or applicable professional certification.
Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
Travel RequirementsThe percentage of travel required for this position is 10‑25%.
