Assistant Branch Manager

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will aid in the development and direction of the airport staff and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities at the airport location. Under the direction of the Station Manager, you will help to encourage a positive team environment and aid in the development of sales and customer service skills for our agents through training, coaching, motivating, and example setting.

The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, sales motivated, has a passion for sales & customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the airport location

• Work a mostly consistent schedule with rotating weekends

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must be able to perform data entry and computer entry tasks
• Capacity to learn extensive training material and apply daily on the job
• Effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, co-workers and management
• Previous sales experience preferred with the ability to coach and lead employees to goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be physically able to assist our customers at our rental counter, which will include standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Able to handle confidential information
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and good driving record
