As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of our operations, overseeing all aspects of the dealership including sales, finance, service, and parts departments. You will be responsible for setting strategic goals, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring that our dealership not only meets but exceeds performance targets.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase profitability.
• Lead and motivate a high‑performing team, ensuring top‑notch recruitment, training, and development.
• Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring that the dealership delivers a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
• Manage dealership financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with automotive and business regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with auto manufacturers, vendors, and community leaders.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales and operational success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Strategic thinker with outstanding organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
