Position Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross‑functional programs and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Manage multiple high‑impact projects while balancing stakeholder needs, resources, and business objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end program planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives supporting operational excellence and quality programs.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Drive strategic decision‑making through data analysis, operational metrics, and business insights.
- Manage program budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels including engineering, maintenance, and quality functions.
- Create and implement program governance frameworks and best practices to ensure operational consistency.
- Lead and mentor team members supporting program execution and delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to executive leadership on program progress, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- One year of experience leading cross‑functional projects, including owning strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- One year of experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- One year of experience leading cross‑functional projects, including owning strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits40 hours / week, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Salary Range $132,049/year to $161,700/year.
