Your Job

As the Manager, Responsible Sourcing at Brooks, you will lead and advance Brooks’ global approach to responsible manufacturing across finished goods and materials. You will oversee programs in social compliance, remediation, worker voice, training, fair compensation, responsible purchasing practices, and supply chain traceability. You will work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Legal, Sustainability, and Trade Compliance, as well as directly with manufacturing partners.

You will help protect the human rights of workers in Brooks’ supply chain and ensure factory partners meet the Brooks Supplier Code of Conduct and applicable regulatory requirements while continuously improving performance. You will bring strong program leadership, effective supplier engagement, and the ability to translate standards and expectations into practical implementation across a global supplier base.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead execution and continuous improvement of responsible sourcing programs, processes, and systems, including social compliance, remediation, worker voice, training, fair compensation, responsible purchasing practices, and supply chain traceability.
  • Partner with the Director, Corporate Responsibility to shape and evolve the responsible sourcing strategy and contribute to strategic planning by defining long‑term priorities, initiatives, and roadmaps.
  • Manage the successful execution of the responsible sourcing program by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, translating organizational direction into actionable team goals and metrics, and holding team accountable for results.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the Responsible Sourcing team, including performance management and career development, while building team capability and supporting an inclusive environment.
  • Lead cross‑functional engagement with leaders in Sourcing, Legal, and Trade Compliance to inform decisions, align priorities, and integrate responsible sourcing consideration into business strategies.
  • Monitor emerging risks, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations; develop recommendations to strengthen the responsible sourcing program and ensure ongoing compliance and leadership in best practices.
  • Translate data, assessments, and program insights into actionable recommendations, including strategy updates, new initiatives, supplier capacity‑building opportunities, and assessment of tools and resource gaps.
  • Lead the responsible purchasing practices program, including annual survey deployment, analysis of results, and collaboration with factory partners and internal teams to drive improvement.
  • Lead engagement with suppliers to address audit findings, corrective action plans, and incident investigations.
  • Partner with sourcing teams to provide visibility into supplier performance, address issues, and embed responsible sourcing considerations into sourcing decisions.
  • Oversee the supply chain traceability program, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, driving execution across internal teams and factory partners, and maintaining accountability for program performance and continuous improvement.
