Review annually all employees under direct supervision in a manner consistent with company policy and standards.
  • Chain of Command:
Maintain organization guidelines as established by the organizational chart utilizing the chain of command by working with the other department managers, especially the President, CFO, Finance, and other Service Managers.
  • Meetings:
Attend meetings as directed by our Service Manager. Organize regular meetings on the topics of safety, efficiency, and Best-in-Class service.
  • Training:

  • Policies and Procedures:
Implement and enforce company policies, established procedures, and the directives of the Service Manager to ensure compliance with company standards. Adhere to SOP, and recommend changes or improvements when necessary.
