The Strategy and Integration Partner is responsible for effective project management of large, diverse and complex projects across the organization. This position leads both direct and virtual teams through the development, planning, management, and implementation of various initiatives and related projects. This position applies solid project management skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
The incumbent also provides facilitation, communication, project structure/plans, and technical leadership for projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects with increased complexity, strategic priority, and/or visibility. These would include key initiatives spanning the organization, and in collaboration with other functions and leadership groups. Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and guiding them through project completion.
- Managing customer expectations beginning with initial problem identification and on through the project lifecycle. Communicating significant issues promptly to management, staff, and affected customer(s).
- Facilitating change management, people management and process improvement plans and activities.
- Proactively informing and influencing others in order to maintain the balance required between business needs, project partner strategy, and financial requirements/budgets.
- Identifying, gathering, and analyzing all pertinent data, research and/or information necessary to accomplish project goals. Processing information quickly and can translate and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership, management, and other stakeholders. Developing communication materials and tools to support the activities of the Strategy and Integration function.
- Developing and managing project plans with key assignments, priorities, and responsibilities, holding all stakeholders accountable and adjusting as needed throughout the process.
- Supporting the VP of Strategy and Integration to manage integrations (both internal and external) related to physician clinics, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), ancillary clinics such as physical therapy, and the broader MSO.
The role would report to the VP of Strategy and Integration for Proliance Surgeons.
ScheduleFull-time, Monday - Friday. This position is mainly remote but candidate must be willing to come on-site as needed.
