Airlines Account Manager

• Oversee a business unit and ensure customers, staff, aircraft, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards
• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities and participate in the airport community
• Ensure account operations comply with contract terms and service level agreements
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and create succession plans for leadership development
• Oversee ground support equipment maintenance, repairs, and long-term needs analysis
• Manage attendance records, staffing coverage, and labor budgets
• Maintain compliance with TSA legislation and the corporate security program
• Conduct audits to ensure operational continuity and regulatory adherence
• Clarify and implement the site-specific security plan and ensure staff have proper identification
• Perform other duties requested by WFS or customer leadership
• Uphold fairness, equity, and respect in interactions with employees, customers, vendors, and third parties
• Represent the company's image with integrity and professionalism

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in aviation or a related industry
• Strong understanding of TSA regulations and airport security protocols
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and labor cost allocation
• Ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and train staff
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills required
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, and days off
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders such as airport authorities
• Knowledge of ground support equipment and preventative maintenance planning
• Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience creating development plans for team members
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Demonstrates strong leadership and management capabilities in overseeing operations within the aviation industry, ensuring compliance with TSA regulations and effective staff supervision. Proficient in budget management, relationship building, and maintaining high standards of safety and security.
