SUMMARY OF ROLE
Oversees all aspects of order processing and shipping within the fulfillment center. Responsible for ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining quality standards to meet customer demands, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulations.

Responsible for ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining quality standards to meet customer demands, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulations. Reports to the Production Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following but other duties may be assigned)- Fulfillment Oversight:
Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment department, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Including, proper product picking, order quality assurance and the creation of regulatory manifests and other required order documentation. - Compliance:
Stay current with New York's cannabis regulations and ensure that all fulfillment processes adhere to legal requirements. - Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of fulfillment specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. - Quality Control:
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. - Customer Relations:
Collaborate with customers and intake managers to secure timely deliveries and maintain positive working relationships. - Reporting:
Generate regular reports on fulfillment performance, inventory status, and compliance for management review.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience in fulfillment management within the cannabis industry, with a strong track record of successful operations.
- In-depth knowledge of New York's cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
This is an on-site position at our operations facility with a projected 40-hour work week (M
- F). Work schedule and opportunity for overtime may vary by location.
