We're partnering with a growing organization to identify a Regional Controller who combines strong financial leadership with business acumen, operational partnership, and a passion for driving results.
In this role, you'll provide financial oversight for multiple locations, guide strategic planning and forecasting efforts, support operational decision-making, and lead a team of finance professionals across the region.
The ideal candidate:
- Has multi-unit finance or accounting leadership experience
- Understands how to translate financial data into business insights
- Enjoys building relationships across operations and leadership teams
- Has a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Brings strong GAAP, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- CPA preferred
