Quickparts seeks an energetic and detail‑oriented Production Supervisor with expertise in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing to oversee daily production activities and lead front‑line manufacturing teams. In this role you will ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes, coordinate production workflows across machinery, and serve as the vital link between production workers and management. • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities in a highly manual process.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor and develop production team members to optimize performance.
• Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills with hands‑on manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
• Associate’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing is critical.
• Experience with additive manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience and exposure to quick response manufacturing (QRM).
