Saxon is hiring an Assembler II for a direct hire opportunity supporting aerospace manufacturing in Pierce County, WA
.
$21.50 – $24.50 based on experience, plus a $3.00 shift differential
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble aerospace components using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and defects
- Maintain accurate production and work order records
- Test assemblies as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with training and team priorities as needed
- 2+ years of aerospace or similar manufacturing assembly experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic math and English communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
