General Production Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for our General Production roles on the 1st shift, operating Monday through Friday from 4 AM to 12:30 PM. Candidates will be considered for two specific positions:
Masker and Packer.

• Prepare parts for different phases of the production process by accurately masking and plugging them.
• Ensure quality assurance by checking for errors and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Remain comfortable with repetitive tasks, as parts and part sizes will vary.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shared workspace, adhering to safety protocols with provided PPE.
• Stand for extended periods and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Pack items carefully for shipment, mindful of the parts' value and ensuring safe handling.

• Experience in production and general labor.
• Proficiency in packing and working with work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and careful handling of parts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus in a busy setting.
• Most of the roles require working as a team and having good communication
• Attendance is very important

Our facility includes paint booths and chemical lines, resulting in significant fumes. Workers should be comfortable in a noisy environment where communication may require raised voices. Casual attire is acceptable, but sleeveless shirts and tank tops are prohibited. Closed-toe shoes are required, and construction-style footwear is preferred for Racking roles. Dress appropriately for varying temperatures, as the buildings are not insulated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.76 - $20.76/hr.
