• $23.55/hr to start, plus valuable perks & benefits
• $0.50/hr raise after successful completion of pasteurization training (approx. 90 days)
• Consistent 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
• Free meals every shift, up to $14
• 35% discount at all our locations
• Employer pays 75% of medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees; after 3 years, we pay 100%
• 401(k) plan with company matching
• Professional training to grow into a skilled artisan Cheesemaker

• Learn and master cheese making (milk receiving, pasteurizer & vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, shipping)
• Maintain detailed production records
• Follow and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices
• Regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment
• Collaborate with a supportive, fun team and share in our tradition of excellence

• No prior cheese making experience required - we value your willingness and drive to learn
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 65 lbs
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of humor
• Weekend availability is required.
  Every employee works at least one weekend day per week.
