Job Summary:
The Rework Processormust ensure all generated rework is collected and processed in requiredtimeframesand is coded accurately per the allergen tableby performing the following duties:
Essential Functions:
Collects products to be reworkedthroughout the plantwithin the designated time limit.
Records pounds collected on ‘Rework Collection Log’ noting the time of pick up, poundcollected and the reason rework was generated.
Transfers rework to processing areaby using a cart while keeping different coded reworkproduct in separate containers to prevent cross contamination.
Bagsup rework and complete a tag to attach to each bag. Tags must include time of collection, work order number, reworkcode and rack number.
Ensures reworked products are racked and pushed into the freezer to cool down within required timelimit.
Dismantles and cleans equipment according to standard sanitation procedures and then reassembles it.
Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
Notifiesdesignated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.
This role is non-exempt at $22.52 to $26.43 per hour.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to climb or balance.
The employee is occasionally required to climb ladders to elevated platforms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee moves objects

- occasionally up to 30 pounds.
