Bench Jeweler; Custom Engagement Ring Specialist

Stórica Studio is seeking an experienced bench jeweler to assist with custom fine jewelry production in our Seattle based workshop. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in stone setting, particularly in custom engagement ring work, and is comfortable working in a small team environment.

• Perform high-quality stone setting in prong, bezel, flush, pavé, and halo styles for center and accent stones
• Assemble, solder, set, polish, and fully finish custom engagement rings and fine jewelry from cast or fabricated components
• Conduct careful quality control, ensuring each piece meets studio standards before delivery
• Execute repairs, sizings, refinishing, and restoration work to a professional standard
• Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure technical feasibility and execution of custom designs
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional bench environment

• Minimum 3 years of professional bench jeweler experience in fine jewelry production or repair
• Stone setting proficiency, particularly in custom engagement ring work
• Strong polishing and finishing skills, with the ability to deliver clean, client-ready final pieces
• Experience working in gold and platinum
• Ability to follow CAD-based designs and execute work to precise tolerances
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
• Positive, collaborative team-oriented mindset
