Entry Level Production - NSSEA

Overview

Production positions are paid a base hourly rate along with a production bonus, which is calculated based on quality tons produced. All Nucor teammates also qualify for profit sharing.

Average annual compensation ranges from $72,000 to $80,000.

• Perform semi-skilled production and support duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate machinery and equipment as trained during on-the-job training.
• Experience moderate to heavy lifting; be physically able to meet job demands.
• Work any shift and maintain a drug-free workplace.
• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• No prior manufacturing experience required; all training provided.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks, including moderate to heavy lifting.
• Willingness to work any shift.
