Slayer Espresso is a manufacturer of high-end espresso machines based in Seattle, WA, and part of the Cimbali Group. Our mission is to build the world's finest espresso machines, enabling our customers to serve exceptional coffee experiences. With approximately 40 employees at our Seattle headquarters and ambitious growth plans for the coming years, we are seeking talented professionals who are passionate about quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

The Production Manager role is a key leadership position within our manufacturing organization and plays a critical part in supporting our continued growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily production operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and team performance. This position reports directly to the North America Region Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery while meeting customer and business requirements.
  • Manage production resources, workforce planning, scheduling, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity and support operational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through standard work, performance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Develop, coach, and support production employees through effective communication, training, and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports while providing leadership support across the manufacturing team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in production reporting, KPI management, and manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Annual salary: $80,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Annual performance-based bonus opportunity.
