Production & Fleet Supervisor - Concrete

Lead daily ready-mix concrete operations across plants, dispatch, and fleet to meet service and production targets.

Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Coordinate production, delivery schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost control.

Lead and develop operational teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and performance.

Monitor key metrics and implement process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams in a fast-paced operations setting.

Strong operational, logistical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Ability to use data and performance insights to drive decisions and improvements.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and with customers.

The role includes time in ready-mix plants, dispatch environments, and active job sites.

It involves exposure to outdoor conditions, equipment, and vehicle traffic.

Work schedules may vary to meet business needs, including early mornings and extended hours.
