Apply powder coatings to manufactured components using electrostatic spray guns in accordance with defined specifications and work instructions.;
Perform surface preparation activities, including cleaning, degreasing, and media blasting, to ensure proper coating adhesion.;
Mask parts carefully to protect critical features, threads, and surfaces that must remain free of coating.;
Load and unload parts from coating racks, hangers, and fixtures, ensuring secure placement and proper spacing for optimal coverage and curing.;
Operate curing ovens, monitor temperature profiles, and adjust settings as needed to achieve correct cure and finish.
