• Perform non-structural MIG welding according to specifications
• Operate welding equipment to run consistent beads and complete repetitive welds
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Inspect welds for quality and consistency
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

• AWS Certification required
• Previous MIG welding experience preferred (production or light fabrication a plus)
• Ability to run consistent welds with attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Basic knowledge of welding safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
