- Develop and maintain manufacturing build plans supporting wire shops, systems, and test laboratory operations. Analyze manufacturing processes, assembly sequences, and production requirements to ensure compliance with design configurations, program objectives, and quality standards. Support process improvements, production readiness activities, and cross-functional collaboration within a test and evaluation environment.

* Must be a U.S. Citizen
#Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field from an accredited institution
* 2+ years of related work experience
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing
* Prior experience working with Boeing Manufacturing Systems
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
#Preferred Skills
* 3+ years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
* 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and teams
* 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role
* Background supporting space or military electronics programs
* Experience utilizing manufacturing tools, including PDM, CAPP, CMES, MESci, EPARTs, and GOLDesp
#Job Duties & Functions
* Participate in Integrated Product Teams to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
* Identify conceptual designs and maintain program architecture supporting manufacturing builds
* Conduct producibility analyses to verify manufacturing process capabilities meet program requirements
* Provide producibility information supporting project plans and manufacturing best practices documentation
* Analyze design and build concepts to evaluate producible design definitions
* Resolve technical issues impacting performance, cost, or schedule objectives
* Create manufacturing plans supporting fabrication and assembly activities
* Validate production readiness for solutions addressing complex manufacturing challenges
* Implement lean principles and technologies to improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with Supplier Management to establish laboratory test integration requirements and opportunities
* Develop integrated build plans consisting of work instructions, kitting requirements, tooling requirements, inspection requirements, and fabrication outputs
* Ensure compliance with design configurations, build plans, process requirements, test requirements, and program requirements
* Perform Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) analyses supporting production objectives
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance
