• $23.55/hr to start
• Additional $1.00/hr bilingual premium (Spanish/English), based on demonstrated proficiency
• $0.50/hr raise after successful completion of pasteurization training (approx. 90 days)
• Consistent 4-day work week (10‑hour shifts); 3am to 1pm or 1pm to 11pm

• Learn and master the cheese making process (milk receiving, pasteurizer and vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging, and shipping)
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment
