Production Associate - Sanitation, Nights

Responsibilities

The Production Associate – Sanitation plays a critical role in food safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness. You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams, performing daily, weekly, and scheduled sanitation activities in compliance with company, customer, and government standards. Join our sanitation team and help keep a fast‑paced food production facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.

• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and plant areas using set schedules
• Performing CIP/COP cleaning on tanks, pipes, and equipment
• Safely handling and documenting sanitation chemicals
• Removing trash and debris to maintain a clean, safe workplace
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Completing sanitation logs and follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and safety standards
• Working with a team that values safety, quality, and accountability

• High School diploma or equivalency required
• Food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred (training available)
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP a plus
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication, organization, and basic math skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts and overtime
• Safety‑focused and able to follow all Quality and Safety policies

The pay rate for this position starts at $26.00 per hour. This shift will work 8‑hour, night hours such as 10:30 PM–7:00 AM or 9:00 PM–5:30 AM; overtime available.
