We are currently seeking a printing specialist for our large format sign and banner department. Located in downtown Seattle, we are easily accessible by bus, light rail, and the Sounder train. Must be available for overtime as needed.

We are seeking an experienced wide format color print operator who has the necessary skills and experience to roll up his or her sleeves and jump right into the production.

The ideal candidate will be creative, have a positive attitude and will be excited about wide format color printing. Must be committed to quality, always paying attention to details, consistently delivering outstanding customer service, and able to function effectively in a fast paced environment.

• Reviewing department job tickets, managing workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meeting customers’ expectations while maximizing machine efficiency.
• Producing rigid and roll signs and banners, custom finishing including lamination, mounting, and trimming.
• Properly using and maintaining all department tools and equipment, managing machine logs and coordinating maintenance and repair calls with vendors.
• Preparing large format signs, banners, and display graphics for shipping and delivery; creating custom packaging when necessary.

• Experience with large format imaging – roll and rigid printing and precision finishing.
• Experience printing on a large variety of substrates.
• Finisher, capable of laminating, mounting, and trimming to exact specifications.
• High level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite:
  InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Must be able to effectively prepare and troubleshoot a variety of file formats and edit PDF documents.
• Understanding of RIP software and color management.
• Willingness to follow department policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.
